Welcome to the South—home of the word "ya'll", line dancing and fried chicken! There are so many reasons to love the South which is why we came up with the “Southern Style BBQ” activity. Come to the activity every Wednesday from 5-7 pm this summer and see what all the fuss is about. (Ya'll know you want to.)We’ll be pulling out the grill and heating up the fryer to bring you the Plantation Resort Southern experience. You can expect to find crunchy fried chicken and savory pulled pork along with classic sides, namely corn on the cob, mac and cheese, coleslaw and no Southern barbeque would be complete without hushpuppies! You may even come and find some fried Oreos for dessert—reserve your ticket and meet at the pool early to eat them before everyone else does!
The buffet is only $13 for adults and $7 for children 12 years old and younger and the party is completely free! So come and dance the night away. We’ll be teaching you how to line dance while the live DJ keeps the music flowing. We’ll also set up an area for corn hole games, though you may know it as bean bag toss, tailgate toss, or any variety of names depending on where you’re from.
